How KitProof works
From structured order options to a checked kit and an individual record.
This guide describes the service scope. Access and the workflow supported for your site are confirmed during onboarding.
A checking layer beside your order system
Your existing software will remain the source of order identity and configuration. KitProof is designed to take a structured CSV export, resolve reviewed requirements and guide attended checks. It will not manage stock balances or dispatch.
A checklist for the configuration
A supervisor will maintain component catalogues, exact identifiers, approved aliases, option fields and bounded rules. A reviewed release will select a flat component list with integer quantities. Previewing or exporting that list will not mark a kit verified.
A separate check for every kit
An order line for multiple kits will create separate kit instances. An operator will claim one kit at a station, scan against its frozen requirements and resolve any problems through the permitted workflow.
A record with a precise meaning
Verified will mean that all requirements were satisfied by their permitted evidence and completion was saved. Waivers or exceptional manual acceptance will produce Completed with exceptions. Neither result will be a guarantee of physical contents or delivery.
