How do I get started with early access?
Send us a short description of your workflow. We will review the fit and contact you to confirm access, scope and onboarding arrangements. Submitting the form does not create an instant production account. No payment is taken.
Will I have to replace my order software?
The first release is planned to work alongside it, starting with a supported CSV export. Native ERP connectors are outside the initial scope.
What scanners will it support?
The intended input is a scanner that types as a native keyboard. Actual devices and browser combinations will be tested before we publish compatibility claims. ScannerBench can help you understand your current input.
Will a scan prove the item is in the box?
No. The planned record will show that the required identifiers and other permitted evidence were supplied. It will not prove physical contents or prevent someone from scanning an item without packing it.
How much will it cost?
Early-access pricing and evaluation terms will be confirmed before you commit. The service is intended to be a paid hosted product with support. Requesting access is free and takes no payment.
How will SmartFACT be involved?
SmartFACT is planned to help authors express conditions over known order fields. People will review and publish the configuration. Live checking will use the approved version without calling a model.
